SECTION ONE · SITECONNECT CORE HARDWARE & ARCHITECTURE

Carrier-agnostic core units and secure enterprise infrastructure

Five capability areas defining the SiteConnect Core gateway, its secure architecture, and the way it keeps corporate data fully separated from infrastructure operations.

01

Compact Core Integration Gateway

The SiteConnect Core serves as an all-in-one replacement for over-complicated legacy remote site infrastructure. This highly compact piece of hardware functions as a central aggregation engine, featuring built-in Wi-Fi 6, a local LTE SIM slot, a dedicated fiber input interface, and dual local RJ-45 ethernet ports. By packaging these diverse connection protocols into a single, high-performance physical gateway, the system completely eliminates the need for bulky multi-box router configurations. The system operates seamlessly over any available regional network medium — including fiber, broadband, or mobile networks.

02

Starlink Satellite Backhaul Compatibility

For rural geographies, off-grid utilities, and remote environments scatter-mapped across the Philippine archipelago’s islands, SiteConnect features full plug-and-play compatibility with Starlink satellite networks. Unlike standard mobile data connections constrained by tight LTE bandwidth caps, Starlink high-speed satellite connectivity provides the immense data throughput required to run demanding field software. Operators can stream continuous, high-definition IP camera surveillance feeds and manage real-time data monitoring nodes from island or mountain sites completely outside the reach of conventional mobile or fiber infrastructure.

03

Outbound-Only Encrypted VPN Tunneling

To defend remote infrastructure assets from cyber threats, the SiteConnect system operates an advanced, outbound-only encrypted VPN tunnel that establishes a secure link back to company headquarters. Because this proprietary network protocol utilizes outbound-only traffic pathways, it eliminates the need to buy public IP addresses, configure complex port forwarding rules, or expose active field routers to the public internet. This design shields critical field equipment from external port scans, malicious network probes, and hacker exposure while maintaining data encryption over any internet service provider.

04

Monitoring-Only Zero Risk Architecture

Engineered specifically for hyper-secure enterprise networks, SiteConnect utilizes an isolated, observation-based hardware logic. The unit functions entirely in a monitoring-only mode, observing and reporting active field statuses up to the dashboard without sending incoming operational commands back down to local site machinery. This separation means that even if a central management console becomes compromised, it is physically impossible for bad actors to use the gateway to manipulate, shut down, or sabotage active field machinery, guaranteeing zero cybersecurity operational risk to core systems.

05

Absolute Corporate Data Ownership

SiteConnect is strictly designed as an infrastructure and connectivity asset, not a third-party data collection platform. Under this architecture, the system maintains, connects, and configures the raw physical hardware and secure VPN pathways, but never retains, processes, or touches corporate data packets. All localized field alerts, log files, and data statistics travel straight to designated corporate servers under an infrastructure framework of complete separation by design. Enterprise clients retain total, uncompromised ownership and complete control of their data.

OPERATIONAL ENHANCEMENTS
Energy Metering · Remote Shutdown · Restart · Access Control
SECTION THREE · OPERATIONAL ENHANCEMENTS

Advanced monitoring modules and remote site control

Five enhancement modules that extend the SiteConnect Core into active site control — metering, emergency response, and access management.

01

Multi-Circuit Energy Metering

The SiteConnect Energy Meter enhancement delivers real-time visibility into power consumption without requiring system downtime during installation. It uses non-intrusive current transformer clamps that attach directly around existing power lines, allowing technicians to map single-phase or three-phase systems safely. A single meter can monitor up to 16 individual sub-circuits simultaneously on a quick 15-second reporting loop. This bidirectional system tracks both grid energy draw and solar production to optimize parallel loads.

02

Emergency Remote Power Shutdown

When a remote location encounters a critical hazard — such as an active electrical fire, structural flooding, or gas build-up — energized equipment creates severe risks. The Remote Power Shutdown enhancement allows operators to isolate power grids or specific machinery straight from the NOC console. This feature can be configured to execute automatically when specific sensors trigger (such as flood, smoke, or gas alarms) or run manually by authorized console operators. This system neutralizes electrical hazards immediately without waiting for a technician to travel to the site.

03

Staged Remote Site Restart

Following a sensor-triggered emergency shutdown, returning a remote facility back online presents major operational challenges. The Remote Site Restart enhancement lets authorized controllers restore grid power directly from the NOC dashboard once sensors confirm conditions are safe. To prevent dangerous voltage spikes, systems are brought online through a controlled, staged sequence where each step is logged automatically. This remote restoration reduces the need for physical team dispatches and accelerates service recovery times across multiple locations simultaneously.

Lemcon image 20006
04

Public Infrastructure Button Reset

Public electric vehicle charging hubs are vulnerable to accidental or nuisance activations of their physical emergency stop buttons. Each time a button is pressed, the charger drops offline and stays down until a technician can visit the site to pull the switch. The Emergency Button Reset module lets operators remotely clear these false emergency stops via the dashboard once live data confirms no hazard exists. This remote fix gets the station back into service immediately, minimizing charger downtime and travel costs.

05

Integrated Lock Access Control

Traditional mechanical padlocks and physical keys present ongoing security challenges across distributed sites, as keys are easily lost, duplicated, or used without a paper trail. The SiteConnect Card Access Control module addresses this by replacing traditional keys with smart card proximity technology tied into the central console. Authorized field personnel use unique digital credentials, and every entry and exit is logged automatically with a user ID and timestamp. Access rights can be updated or revoked centrally without a site visit.

APPLICATION DEPLOYMENTS
Utility · Surveillance · Weather · Retail · Education
SECTION FOUR · APPLICATION DEPLOYMENTS

Scalable enterprise solutions across diverse vertical markets

Five real-world deployment scenarios showing how SiteConnect adapts across utility compounds, retail chains, schools, and remote weather stations.

01

Sprawling Wide-Area Utility Compounds

Sprawling commercial infrastructure, like multi-acre solar farms, industrial compounds, or large telecom tower facilities, often stretches across distances that short-range wireless protocols cannot cover. The LoRaWAN Gateway Integration Module transforms a base SiteConnect router into a long-range wireless hub. This module lets dozens of distributed sensors connect through a single central gateway across wide areas. This long-range, low-power architecture reduces total hardware requirements, extends sensor battery lifespans, and simplifies the deployment process for wide-area site monitoring at scale.

02

Visual Surveillance Verification Networks

While sensor metrics flag that an incident has occurred, real-time video feeds show operators exactly what is happening on-site. The IP Camera and CCTV Integration module links surveillance loops directly into the secure, encrypted SiteConnect network. Video streams become viewable directly within the central dashboard alongside all environmental data. This unified view allows operators to visually verify motion triggers or site conditions before dispatching emergency teams, reducing unnecessary physical visits and accelerating decision-making under pressure.

03

Micro-Climate Meteorological Weather Stations

Rather than forcing operators to rely on broad regional public weather forecasts, the SiteConnect Weather Station provides real-time environmental data for the exact coordinates of each facility. This integrated multi-parameter array records localized temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, wind velocity, wind direction, and rainfall data, streaming live metrics to the NOC dashboard. The central console logs this environmental data continuously, providing operators with a historical record to guide seasonal maintenance planning, long-term site optimization, and insurance claims.

04

Secure Distributed Retail Networks

Managing point-of-sale retail networks across hundreds of brick-and-mortar branches requires reliable, affordable branch security and data protection. SiteConnect provides an ideal alternative to high-cost enterprise SD-WAN routers by creating encrypted VPN tunnels that securely link distributed POS terminals straight to central servers. Store managers can execute rapid self-installations guided by phone support from the central NOC. The core gateway provisions local Wi-Fi for operations while supporting optional branch surveillance cameras and door sensors.

05

Educational Campus Safety Systems

Protecting student and staff safety is a critical priority for school campuses and educational properties across the Philippines. SiteConnect provides schools with an integrated security infrastructure, combining perimeter CCTV surveillance with 30-day cloud recording to monitor access points. Electronic door management logs entry and exit data across buildings, while panic buttons and intrusion alarms integrate through the central gateway. This modular configuration allows educational institutions to deploy comprehensive campus security without high upfront capital investments.
